This is starting to annoy me. Back in the good old day's I.E. used to prompt me to install new language extensions but I.E.6 doesn't. I need to view some Japanese symbols for a website design. Can someone PLEASE help! Thank you in advance

Just disabled the firewall and no change. Does the prompt depend upon the website flagging up the install or is it an I.E. trait. Can anyone send me the addy of a page that definetly prompts for the install?

If your using XP/2000 it's got it as standard, but you need to turn it on.
Control Panel | regional & language options | Languages
Then tick the tick box fing for Install files for East Asian Languages.
