Is there a software package that allows the monitoring of telephone lines / extensions. Got a thread in non scooby related but wondered if there was a more high tech way of doing this. Would be interested in call recording software. Anyone know of any such product?

What telephone system does he have? Quite a few support this out of the box, you just need to know how to use it.
