My friend wants to purchase a complete PC for himself.
Mainly for Photoshop and games, he has his heart set on a 17" TFT also
His budget is about £850 all in
Any suggestions?

Dell still have some excellent deals. If he is able to pay by credit card (as opposed to cheque/needing finance) then the Dell Outlet is a good place to start.

If he is deeply into Photoshop he will not want a TFT. The colours are all wrong, well unless you spend shed loads on the TFT.
