e.g http://www.hotornot.com/ on this website just a example does it on a few. When i click on the rate no. (1 to 10) on this website http://www.hotornot.com/ it dosent move on to the next screen, it dosent load at all.. I get it on drop down menu where you are ment to click on something in that drop down menu to get to the next page..

The site seems to be using Java Script, this will need to be enabled. Assuming your using IE to browse, go to Tools | Internet Options | Security Settings | Customer Level | Scripting | Active Scripting and set it to enable
