You know my thoughts. If I want to buy something I will browse the "For Sale" forum or go to a shop. 
Bumping the thing up once a day bugs me becuase I forget I've read it and that it is a for sale item. So I waste time opening the post only to find it is a for sale item.
By all means allow for sale stuff in Computer but I would ask that the subject starts "FOR SALE .." that way I can ignore it.

Putting PC stuff up for sale in here doesn't bug me in the slightest, as the for sale section is bloody frantic and contains far more car parts than PC parts. I for one virtually never go into the main forsale section as I have all the parts on my scoob that I need. Post something in there and a, you have no idea if ppl after pc stuff are seeing it and b, it disappears off the front page in the blink of an eye!.
Saying that tho, repeated TTT's bug me too, although, on particular busy days in here I have been known to aswell if selling summat.
