W2003 64-bit DC and 32-bit apps

Has anyone used WOW64 to run IIS6 on W2003 Dc 64-bit?
Apparently Exchange does a call to the kernel and won't work on the 64-Bit O/S, but I need to find out whether other apps such as IIS and terminal services will be ok.
The server is an Itainium2 box, hence the 64-bit Windows requirement.
