Norton Antivirus 2003 was downloaded yesterday into one of our laptops. Afterwards the computer had to be shut down for restart.

Since then it comes up with an Error Message
(Memory Access Violation in module kernel32 at ----:--------)
The dashes are various numbers, different everytime it is tried.

No access to the internet or e-mails is possible.
