ok my girlfiend has the sims and all the expansion packs and for some reason the sound goes off while playing it, sometimes the game just closes at random without saving which really pisses her off, anyone else experienced this/knows whats wrong? ive got latest sound card drivers etc plus i think it only happens now shes put superstar on?

my spec is a 1ghz duron
sb audigy player
gforce 4 64
256 ddr ram
runnin windows 2k

i know what u mean about the sounds tho, very annoying but doesnt bother me much as when shes on sims i'l go abuse my exbox
