Has anyone ever actually managed to establish two-way videoconferencing using a 'domestic' webcam and MSN Messenger. I'd be iterested to find out what the trick is. Both ends have DSL connections, run XP and use ZoneAlarm but I'm b*ggered if I can get it to work. Messenger Chat and file sharing is fine, one way video is possible (sometimes). Two-way, never...

Are there any other alternatives?

P.S. Tried eyeballchat once didn't feel comfortable with it.

Cheers,

Yup

NP m8

Used MSN 5 with the Webcam interface & also MSN 6. Works sweet as a nut for me without too much agro - in fact none at all...

What symptoms?

For the record, I've made no changes to my NAT'd firewall to get it to work - still as tight as ever
