Yes it is.

Goto the Advanced search page at Google and where it says 'domain', click 'Don't' from the drop down menu and type in '.com' into the box. So you should end up with 'Don't return results from the site or domain .com'

Just put the words you are searching for in one of the blue highlighted lines at the top of the advanced search page and you're done!

Don't forget that Overture (the company that runs alltheweb) has just been taken over by Yahoo. Guess what will happen to their search engine........

Still got to go a long way to beat Google.

Thumbs up

Cheers for that. I've noticed several .com companies have cottoned on to this, and have initial addresses without a .com reference to lure you in. Usually they're precisely the companies you *don't* want to locate!!!

Question

Curious to know why you want to exclude .coms?

For the times when i don't want to buy anything, or be drawn into some "Free Access" den of nonsense and pop-ups. Bored with all that now!
