What's going on with MSN?

Can't get into MSN.com, Hotmail.com or MSN Messenger. MSN messenger throws up an error message saying I am behind a firewall (which I am not). Had this problem for a couple of days now, and all I have spoken are having the same errors/no pages loading. Has this been noted in the news anywhere and I've missed it??
