I cant seem to load hotmail up, ive tried at wk and home. Is there something going on at the mo cos i need to get my messages! Please if anyone has any info let me know, obviously dont email me cos i cant access it!

 

I can't login - would go along with people being unable to login to MSN too.

 

I have just logged into my Hotmal (Junk) account fine.

 

Erm, it does work when you remove the remembered username and use the correct one

But i cant even get hotmail up let alone enter my details, am i being thick?

 

i cant even get the msn page to come up for me to click on the hotmail link

 

Pleaseeeeee help me, it keeps timing out or saying the server has a problem, is there anyway i can get my messages?

im on aol, i know its ****e but what can i do !!!!! Pleasee help me i am a woman who knows absolutely nothing other than how to check my mail!

 

I hate to say it again, but I am seeing a VERY common problem here with people unable to sign into Messenger/Hotmail and that issue is they are all using AOL as an ISP.

 

try opening IE then hotmail from there. Its worked for me in the past, but not this time. Give it a go though...

 

Stef are you using AOL as well?

If you are would tell me that theer is a routing issue with AOL.

 

yeah im aol as well. on another pc atm thats not aol & its fine. My pc is aol & nothing happens.

Im gonna ring aol and have a big moan off, ill have to go to another computer in our other office to access my mail! Cheers guys for all the advice.

 

If AOL are anything like teh last time that I had to call them up on behalf of someone dont expect to get very far!

When I told the person on the end of the phone that they were wrong and were giving me false information they hung up on me!

Needless to say I called back and had a small moan just because!

have you tried using trillain instead of mesenger i know it's still need to contact the same place but might be worth a crack.

I am very good at moaning after all i was born female, so I will tell them that i know its their fault and see what excuse they come up with.
