Can anyone point me in the right direction for video capture devices?
One of my friends has an analogue video camera and wishes to capture his neighbour from hell vandalising cars and worse. So a time lapse feature would also be handy - 1 fps something of that order.
Hope someone can help as this tw&t needs putting away
