Everytime I use tha back button when browsing the web, the git i refreshing the page and uploading all the content again.... how do I switch this off?

I dont want the pages to refresh unless I click the button.

Very annoying!

temp internet files settings

try changing to never or increase disk apace

or just get rid of all the **** (backup pc first )
