....a free anti-virus program.

I usually use AVG anti virus, but the download side of the site seems to be down. Any other decent ones out there.

There's one free with the October Computer Shopper.

Can't say if its any good though.

There's also a free firewall, but I would recommend Zone Alarm if you want a free firewall.
