Or can anyone else recommend getting a decent spec pc for c£450?

Dont want to build another one myself as the bloody thing has worse build quality than a Ford Focus RS

Yep definitely Novatech. RAM is cheap these days, thats the only component of better spec.

If you're gonna be playing any new games i'd suggest changing the grphics card in both....

change the ram to pc3200 and you could overclock the barton quite nicely
