i am trying to create a excel spreadsheet for use at work for automatically creating a table for recording data,
I want to generate the table from the following data

Start time 10:00am
Number of Entries 60
Frequency 3mins

So with this i would have a table with a column 'start time' and 60 rows with the time at 3 min intervals

I can get the time and intervals right but i cannot get the number of entries to work, any ideas??

hope i have explained this clearly enough

You need to use a for...next loop:

eg. for iTemp = 1 to 60
DO EVENTS
next iTemp
