Windows Unattended Installs

Can someone help me out ???
In the process of creating some gold disks for server builds - on W2K.
Most all working fine except I cant seem to get the build process to copy any of the Folders created under $OEM$\C\ to copy onto the machines
Have I got the wrong path for these.. Say for instance I have a folder called 'installs' with various hotfixes, ie etc located - where would it go so it gets copied to the machine....
Help pls !

Have you had any luck with the Microsoft Support site? (Sorry if I'm stating the obvious! 
).

I've just done a similar thing, but with sysprep on ghost images.
not sure about unattend.txt
but obviously a different way of doing it....
