Question to all you Network admimistrators out there.
If you are the administrator of a Window NT 4.0 LAN how do you monitor internet usage for each of the users on the network? Is it monitored in real time, or is the URL history written to a file and uploaded to the server each time you log on and off, or is it monitored in some other way??

we use a product called websense reporter which is part of websense (does content filtering and monitoring).
Excellent product, we have it sitting ontop of our isa box.
