ATI Radeon Query?

Looking to upgrade my GeForce 3 Ti200 in light of Doom3 hopefully being released in the next couple of months.
My budget is < £200, and the Radeons are much hyped, so that's the way i'm going to go.
On Ebay, this 9700Pro is retailing for £195, is that expensive? But this is retailing for £148. Am I right in assuming the second one is different, the only difference I can see if the "Pro".
What's the difference? And what other options would people recommend?

Rik, wait for Doom III to be released. People have speculated time and time again as to when this will be but nobody really knows.
Far better you buy a card at the time of release, than buy one now and have it be oboslete by the time DOom III is released.
