Lost admin password to windows 2000!!! need to get drivers out from laptop to enable quick reinstall, without having to find old drivers again.
What is the best way of doing this.

Luke I need an email address.
Its probably best if its not a corporate one as its an executable
and may get stripped out
With this file, it will create a boot floppy , boot from floppy and follow instructions, you can then change the admin password to blank.

Darren have sent an exe file to your email addy. the file is 1.5 Mb
will it get stripped out ??

have a look at the following http://www.lostpassword.com/ then <cough> purchase Passware Password Recovery Kit v5.7 and it will generate a boot disk to recover the password for you, may take a while tho.
