HELP - Which Digital Camera
#1
I need to get hold of a new digital camera ASAP but stuck between a few & dont know which to get.
I am basically after a decent point and shoot camera which will produce good results without having to play with white spots etc.
So heres the list. Just let me know which is better and why.
1. Minolta Dimage F200 (4 mg pixel)
2. Konica KD 401 (4 mg pixel)
3. Olypus MDU 300
4. Cannon Ixus V3
5. Sony P8
Thanks
Bob

Don't buy a camera without checking out this website. I did a lot of research and went for the Canon PowerShot S45 - it's the absolute dogs bollox.
The cameras are listed by rating here:

Hope that helps,
Wuss.

I just bought a Canon Ixus 400 (Powershot S400) - 4Mb pics, cost £359 (got Jessops to price match against the web) and spent £80 on a 512Mb card for it (fits c300 full resolution pics). 3x optical zoom.
Excellent - incredible what they fit in such a small lovely product - I'm a point and shoot person and only use a camera if it fits in my pocket - we used it in Spain a couple of weeks ago and have been playing taking pics around the home. E-mail me if you want a couple of example pics. Have been printing out in A4 and they look stunning (printers here don't take A3 so haven't had chance to test that yet).
Haven't even had to bother installing the Canon software - plugged it into the PC (Windows XP Home) and it recognised it before automatically doing the file copy onto the PC.
Have fun

Love my Konica KD-400Z.
Top quality images & features in a compact tough case.
Had a quick look on www.cameratag.co.uk & they can be had for under £300 now
