Installing access XP & 97 on same machine?

I need to run both access xp and access 97 on the same machine.
The machine is running XP Pro operating system and access xp was installed and running.
I installed office 97 and access97 gives me an error: Access can't start because there is no license for it on this machine!!!
Excell & Word 97 run OK.
Anyone know how I can overcome this?
