Nessus....are there any dummies guides to using it

Managed to get this installed on a SuSE Linux NT platform, having a bit of a mere trying to get it to do anything 
Can anyone point me to a good resource guide for this software, the Nessus site seems to assume you already know how it works on the faq section.
Main trouble I'me having at the moment is trying to get my W2K desktop client to connect to the Nessus Server, I don't seem to have Nessus-mkcert anywhere to be able to generate the certificate.
Can anyone help?
