Aaarrrggggh, this is driving me nuts.

On a few workstations, the users keep getting this error in Word. Trouble is it's never at the same point and I can never get them to recreate it while I'm looking at their PC's.

I've looked on the MS knowledgebase, but there's hehaw about this under Word (I found 3 articles).

The PC's all run NT4 sp5a & Office 2000 sp3. I've also updated them all using the Windows Update website.

I've tried installing the latese video drivers and updating all the other software installed on the PC's e.g. Novell client, but none of these seem to make any difference.

Any ideas before I re-image them using Ghost and start deleting NT profiles?

Lack of Permissions?

Try experminenting with access rights the NT user has and seeing if they get the problem again? Try logging on as administrator?

Thanks guys.

I'm gonna try re-installing the printers and granting the users admin permissions to the local workstations.

It's happening every day, so we'll soon see if they help.
