Upload pics on my own web space
#2
I use SmartFTP to upload pics and files to my web space CLICK to download it. And as for posting pics if say for example I upload a picture which is called PIC.jpg to my web space, once uploaded the address for the picture will be www.kenegie.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/PIC.jpg. The picture gets that address because my web site address is www.kenegie.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk and the pictures name is PIC.JPG and it’s just the two put together. Posting pictures on Scoobynet you have to put a TAG each side of the address which will look like this
(img)www.kenegie.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/PIC.jpg(/img)
REPLACE THE ( AND ) WITH [ AND ]
Which will hopefully turn out like this.

have experimented above and this is how to do it.
1) Sign on with your aol account.
2) Type in keyword "FTP"
3)Use big button "go to members free webspace"
4)click Upload button (aol has FTP client built in to your site, no need to download any other ftp clients)
5)Type remote file name (use name of your picture with no spaces i.e. Subaru1 not Subaru 1.)
6) Continue
7) Select File - browse to the picture on your computer that you want to upload
8) Send- picture uploads
To see the picture details type into your browser "members.aol.com/yourscreenname/file name" you can try and edit my post and you will see how i posted the pic below.
Insert in scoobynet by putting [img ]members.aol.com/yourscreenname/file name[/ img] (without the spaces around img)
There is a read me file that you can also download which tells you what to do in a very longwinded fashion.
Good Luck
Beastie
I put this one called Subaru in a folder called Subaru hence subaru/subaru
