Or am I asking too much?
I'm with V21 at the moment - like their service but their tech support is pants - and system is unavailable again):
Paying £13.99/month for 24/7, 225 hours/month, 5 hour connect and a 10:1 contention ratio. 64K ISDN connection.
Anyone vouch for a more reliable ISP at around the same price - could manage with a bit less hours.
Anyone with Firenet or Firefly (ISPreview top ten)
