Press the Alt GR + Prt Screen Button you muppet, this will copy the screen into the clipboard which you can then paste into your Photo/Graphics software.

Ian - the normal Alt key works fine, too.
Alt + Prt Scrn captures the active window only
Prt Scrn captures the whole screen (including bottom task bar)
If you want something that can do this, but also DirectX stuff (and small region of the screen) then try something like Hypersnap DX?
