Can anybody point me in the right direction to download some SNES/Megadrive ROMS? Everywhere I've tried on the net are either links to **** or links to other sites. Can't find any!! Arrrggghhhh!!!

sorry mate I'm being a bit more helpful than the other guy but Sega/Nintendo have cracked down on this sort of thing and sites hosting ROMS tend to get shut down pretty quickly. I used to have a load of these ROMS but don't know where the devil I put them.

A bit more helpful? I'd have thought it was blatantly obvious that cartridge games published by companies/software hosues that still exist would still be under copyright?

Also, by offering these ROMs on a public BBS, you're just as bad as the people that are giving these away for free on the 'net. Did you miss the entire thread/forum regarding Scoobynet rules and regulations?

Actually no, it'd be Scoobynet that the IDSA gets closed down, just so you can swap copyrighted material. You think that'd be cool, with your c00l links to handbags and stuff?

As Steve says, SN isn't the place to request copies of Copyrighted materials.
