It's an AAC (mpeg) function library that I need for converting mp3 to aac format.

You can get the source here, binary not there for obvious reasons.

But you might find it here Or maybe here.

were you trailing round the net after me last night DJ?
On the way round, I collected the source code, LCC compiler, the latest CD copy and CDex and winLAME, visited those 3 sites, plus 100 more and still had no luck!
