Question

AS far as i can tell there are now 5 Star Wars games out for Xbox.

Jedi Starfighter
Knights of the Republic
Clone Wars
Obi Wan
Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast

Are these released in any particular order so that they all follow a story line (a la episode 1, 2, 3, etc) or are they all totally unrelated ? I suppose what i mean is when you finish one does it mean you can start the next one ?

Stay away from Obi Wan, it's a PS2 port and a very bad one at that!
Gameplay is non-existant.

Jedi Knight 2 is v good on the pc so probably as good on the Xbox - not played it, but tempted to spend some cash...

That would be my pick of the bunch...

Played Jedi Starfighter for only a few hours before deciding it wasn't any good either.

Warning - jedi 2-divorce material.

played it on the PC when it first came out something like:

friday afternoon downloaded demo at work - took it home to try.

30 mins later- in PC world buying game.

friday night- played till 3am

saturday - 9 am till 3 am - had to have a break at about 7 pm to take the missus for a meal - only 2 hrs of playtime wasted .

sunday - 9am till about 1 am ( work the next day )

mon, tue, wed, thur, fri - from about 6pm til 1 or 2 am till the game was finished.

in a nutshell - i'd reccommend it, mega game ( on PC anyway)

Thumbs up

The first Jedi Knight was excellent, me and my mate bought it the same time and had a race to complete it, but one of us being light side, the other dark side.
The reviews of Jedi Knight 2 slated it purely becuase it's a straight port from the PC (with the addition of multiplayer deathmatches/ctf/etc..etc..).
I don't understand why reviewer do this, the PC game is cracking and yet when they port it over they sput it down purely for being a port.
I was tempted to get the GC version which I saw for £14.99 preowned.

knights of the old republic looks amazing and it it plays like I've heard it plays will be the best of the bunch.
I say bring out a new version of X-Wing/Tie Fighter on the xbox - they were the best. Expesially the last version where they actually put texture maps on the ships so they looks the dogs!
