Computer home office furniture?
#1
Can anyone recommend some decent home office furniture?
I haven't got the space for the corner desks which look good. MFI had the kind of thing I was looking for but the quality didn't look fantastic IMHO.
Something like this, need free space underneath, don't like the ones with shelves at foot level. Also need 2 x filing drawers, and at least 2 more drawers, + space for printer, laptop, desktop, 1x KVM, CDs.
cheers!

Greg,
Take a look in Staples. They usually have some good stuff that isn't *too* expensive but it "office" quality rather than "home" quality.
I have a Danish made desk which has real wood veneers. Inch thick woodwork, cable management desk plus a wheeled three drawer pedestal unit all in for around £160 about four years ago. I use it everyday (I work from home) and hasn't squeaked, cracked etc.
It is heavy though and I had to put it together myself
Cheers
