Come on Si, you know how to Google
S-Video lead will look like the hole you have on the back of your graphics card, which I guess will say "TV Out" and hopefully a corresponding hole on your TV. Do you have the manual for you graphics card and/or your TV ?

I used to use an S-Video (or composite) lead from the graphics card into a scart connector. Then a 3.5mm jack from the soundcard into 2 phonos that also connect in the scart connector. Scart into the telly and bingo
