Internet explorer won't open links due to popup stopper?

Had use of ADSL for a few days last week, so installed Kazaa and one of the KAzaa popup stopper programs off download.com . Since then IE won't open any links off websites. I've uninstalled the popup blocker, and gone back to IE 5.5 instead of 6.1 but it still does it. Is there anything I can do?

I use Pop up killer(ultimate) and it works a treat.Only it sets the home page to a search engine, but its not bad as i have the google toolbar instead. To get rid of the one you have, you have to do a deep search for any traces, try the regisrty as well.Also if you are running W2k, try looking in admin/services and see if it is still running as a service.
Dont ues Kazaa stuff as you get more **** from them than you did without their helpful tools
