Any recommendations for video capture cards for my PC ?

What I need:
Framerate - 25fps
Resolution - 720 x 576
Inputs - S-Video or composite at least
Audio - Stereo
Price - <£100

Only ever used a PCTV-Rave in the past and am currently considering the PCTV Pro. Doesn't have to be PCI, USB also considered.

Anyone got one or used one they can recommend ?

Thanks, but don't really want an all-in-one card.
