you want a patch to fix all the problems in XP?
That's going to be one big patch
Service Pack 1 fixes most problems though.

For the other patches - Start, Windows Update
Takes you to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp where it then scans for updates/patches you don't yet have installed.
