This has been bugging me for a while now...
I have tried right clicking, left clicking, on the wallpaper, on the toolbar, in my computer, you name it I have looked but I can not find how to send my toolbar back to its home of horizontal at the bottom of the screen.
It is, as if, it is taunting me by being vertical on the righthand side. Please someone tell me how to send it to the bottom of the screen.
thanks goodnight

First, right click it, see it there is an option to lock taskbar, and if there is, make sure it in not ticked.
Then place cursor on a blank part of the bar, click the left mouse button and drag the bar to where you want it, then release the mouse button.
