backing up for home users

When backing up what do you back up, what type of back up media do you use eg Zip drives etc, and which program do you use eg Microsoft XP own backup program in accessories/system tools?

Whatever suits.
IE, you could back up to cd. If you have 2 hard drives, back up data onto the second. If you have 2 pc's networked at home backup your docs to the other pc.
All this is obviously manual.
