Can anyone help me, 3 weeks ago i had NTL broadband fitted, since then i cannot go online with my webcam as my computer keeps crahing,I thought having broadband was suppose to be good, any help much appreciated.

A bit more info needed.
Is the Cable modem USB or ethernet? Assume the webcam is USB?
If both are USB, try uninstalling the webcam drivers, then re-install. Also worth checking for updated drivers for it on manufacturers website.
Does everything work OK until you try using the camera? Have you tried unplugging the cable modem to see whether the webcam will work?
Oh and another thing I just thought of, in the webcam settings is there somewhere you specify which connection method you are using for the net? If so, theres a possibility it is still trying to use the old dial up connection.

Fig........Cheers mate, the camera is USB I will unplug the modem as you say and try it that way.
