While processing an incoming IP packet, a corrupted packet was encountered

During the last couple of days, i have been getting the above ("While processing an incoming IP packet, a corrupted packet was encountered") message logged by Norton Personal Firewall (43 in the last minute!).
Sadly there is no source IP address to check up on (or port number).
Is there a new "vulnerability" on the web????
