Hello
We use a e-mail mailing house called Constant Contact (roving.com) to send our company e-mail newsletter (strictly an opt-in list)
We have a noticed that a few mails are being blocked by SpamCop and SPEWS.
Constant contact say that every mailing house is always on and off SpamCop and we should not worry much. They also say about SPEWS
"This organization does not use commercially reasonable or consistent judgment to determine who is on its blacklist and remain anonymous to avoid accountability. Constant Contact has taken legal steps against this organization and is working within the industry to end the use of this blacklist."
Anybody know if this is true? Should we be worried or look to change our mailing house?
