select a task and click end process/task one by one until the icon dissapears from the taskbar.
close the tasks in this order:
E_s10ic2,optimize,osa,wkcalrem,AOL,realplay,find fast,aoltray,rnaapp
DO NOT CLOSE EXPLORER ,SYSTRAY OR RUNDLL.
make a note of which task gets rid of the dialler icon.

it keeps installing itself even when you have uninstalled it.
Done that, what you told me to type in has gone but the other programes are still there, next to the tick box is c:\program files\dialer\uk video2\uk video 2/noconnect

ok,
forget AOL.I did say if you were on AOL to do this.
do this:
open up your my documents folder.
type c:\program files\dialer into the adress bar and hit the return key.
this should take you straight to the folder which contains the dialer programme.
now look in the folder for anything called uninstall.

i think somethings going seriousley wrong here.
to have seen dr watson you must be looking in the main windows folder.
what operating system are you using?
try this :
double click the "my computer" icon on the desktop.
then double click the icon for the c: drive
double click the folder called program files . note : there may be nothing to see here, look for some text that says "show files" and click it.
look for a folder called dialer and double click to open it.
now look for an uninstaller.
