Where can do you get firewire update drivers.

My cd burners isnt working on my iMac running system 9.2.1.

You could try upgrading to System 9.2.2 which is a straightforward update from Apple?

Did try that but for some reason it wont install , a good man on here sent me the discs, name with held

Sorry it didn't work out... I thought 9.2.2 was a free upgrade over the Web from Apple? I'm running 10.1.5 and currently toying with spending the money to get 10.2.x, but I may well buy a second Macintosh soon anyway, then might sell the current iMac DV.
