Thanks for the offer Si, but I've had some BAD experiences with Tiny.

it certainly was .. was my clocked celery board for many a month.

New shuttle sn41g2 & XP2600+ has put it into retirement though.

Can't guarantee 100% it will work, but it would be worth a go.

Isn't that ironic - it would potentially be replacing my Abit SH6, which has given up the ghost...

Is yours the BH6 or the BH6 V1.1, as the latter is the only one to support a PIII 800(100) - check the isa slot for version.

How much ?

Actually while I'm on - I believe my existing motherboard is knackered - its crashes / rebooting as soon as it gets to the black WindowsXP screen.

Swapped the ram, swapped the vidcard, swapped the cpu to no avail - same problem persists. Strange that the board works up to that WinXP screen I mentioned then reboots?!?

It appears to be the vanilla BH-6 . I seem to recall it had only just been released at the time I bought it.

If you want to give it a whirl you are welcome ~ free gratis. It got all the latest bios' as they came out.

Steve - according to the Abit site, it won't go up to PIII 800(100) so I'll give it a miss.

Thanks for the offer.

Think I'll have a look on ebay

Wink

If only you knew what you were talking about, but you can't have it all, right?

Don't ever, ever, ever get me confused with Si ever again on here, or I will come around and batter you to death with with a mouldy crab stick
