Which model Ipaq to use for GPS with TOM TOM Software?

Any one using this system. Any Recomendations.
So many Ipaqs out there.
Any good web sites for purchase/reviews etc.

do you have to use TOM TOM? The standard iPAQ GPS jacket comes with an application called Pocket Copilot, which does the job but the user interface isn't that great. I got one at Christmas and have used it on numberous occasions, got to the destinations fine bu the biggest problem is the iPAQ speaker is just about loud enough to hear the directions.
