SonicWALL are replacing the current rack mount units (Pro-200 & Pro-300) with the new Pro-230 & Pro-330.
The most surprising thing is that the retail prices have fallen significantly.....
Pro-330 is now £2723 +VAT (Includes 15 Months warrenty, 8x5 telephone support & 200 VPN clients)
Pro-230 is now £1930 +VAT
Normally I wouldn't post this type of info but it is such a large drop in price (30%) and I know that there are a number of users of SonicWALL equipment that I thought it was worthy of mention.
I'll be updating the the Scoobyshop prices shortly.

on the subject of firewall, is there any product for home use that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? i think i read some months ago trend micro was gonna launch a home use firewall (something like gate-lock) but haven't seen it yet.
