A lad i know has an ftp site which he has set me up a username and password for, when i type the ftp into the adress bar as ftp://###.###.###.##, all i get is a box telling me that windows cannot access this folder, make sure the address is correct and to make sure i have permission to access the folder. then it says the operation timed out.
do i need to include ny username and password into the address, if so, how do i do it.
