In Javascript, how can you tell if an event is wired up to a function or not? I'd imagine I'd be able to do if(document.Control.onchange==null) but it won't let me! I get "is null or not an object"

You are right, and it does work. The error is telling you that the object doesn't exist, rather than the method, make sure your "Control" is valid before you try the check.
