I need to move the filenames contained in a folder into a database. There's hundered of them. Anyone think of an easy way to do this ?

eg. Using MS Access, create a table called 'files' with a text field called 'filename' and somehow import them all into there ?

dir /a:-d /b > textfile.txt

The /a:-d leaves out directories, /b leaves out the headers & footers.

If I wanted to do this regularly, I'd do something in Access Basic to load the table directly.
