How do I edit a photo

Hi Bobby
I take it you mean on a PC. Open the picture with a graphics package (if your using windows its called "paint"). Click on the paint tool and colour in the number plate then save it again. If you want to show it on the web dont make it biggar than 640X480 and save it as a Jpeg @ 72dpi.
